Along with our proven pick, pack and ship operation, Cozy Furnish uses the finest packaging materials available to assure that your live tree is not in any way damaged by the carrier while in transit and shipped fast to you in great condition.
If you provide a valid email address, a tracking number will be sent to that address after your order has been shipped.
We generally ship most orders with live trees to arrive before the end of the current week (including Saturday) providing that we receive your order prior to 9:00 PM Monday PacificTime. This is to avoid the weekend layover during the transit to ensure the health and success of your trees.
If your order is placed after 9:00 PM Monday PacificTime, your order will generally be shipped the following Monday with the following exception: If your order is being delivered to an address east of the Mississippi, Cozy Furnish will use best efforts to deliver your live tree by the end of the current week. If ordering as a gift for a specific delivery date, please contact us for confirmation of delivery date.
Please note that we we may utilize USPS Priority Mail to provide faster service for certain shipments. If you do not receive USPS mail at your physical street address, please indicate this in the “Gift Card Text/Comments” box at checkout and provide us your PO Box mailing address. We will delivery the tree to that PO Box mailing address. Additionally, as all carriers tend to deliver to businesses in the Morning and to residences as late as 7pm, consider shipping to a work address for faster delivery if possible.
We do not ship internationally (including Canada and Mexico).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands, add $15.00 surcharge.

To have your order shipped at a later date, please enter your requested arrival date in the “customer notes” box under gift wrapping option at checkout when you view or edit your cart.
Risk Free Guarantee:
Ordering from cozyfurnish.com is risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your tree or other products when you receive them, return them within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement, exchange or full refund (minus shipping and handling). Please email us the photos of your unsatisfied/problematic trees or products so we are able to identify the issues for your replacement, exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. However, a 20% restocking charge will apply when trees or hard goods purchased in error are returned to us for credit or exchange.
